Returns & Refunds
www.angelarobertsonbuchanan.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

Change of mind:
If you’re returning your products because you’ve changed your mind then you will need to cover the cost of return postage to us and this cannot be refunded.
Prints must be returned in the original and saleable condition without any scratches, marks, smudges, modifications or indents. It also must be in its original packaging. These prints are very fragile to pack so please make sure you handle them with great care when packing and rolling them up.
Once the prints have arrived and we have checked that they are in their original condition without any form of damage, we will be in touch and You will then be issued with a credit voucher you can redeem online.
Faulty Goods
Refunds will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed to be faulty. Please contact us to be approved for a refund for damaged of faulty products.
We will cover the cost of the return when it arrives, so please make sure to post using the “cash on delivery” option at Australia Post. The cost of shipping must match the price indicated on the tube.
Your original method of payment will be refunded.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of angelarobertsonbuchanan.com.
